I like this product. I like the leather quality, and color. So far it sits well on my wrist. Though, just one note, my Skagen watch uses screws to hold strap in place, but there are no holes for screws and no steel insert at both ends.

Perfect replacement. Bought this Skagen watch in 2015 and after a lot of wear the strap needed a replacement. Would buy again. Very excited to finally get a strap replacement. I tried twice to get it from Skagen/Fossil but without luck. The width is perfect but it was a little longer than my original band so there is a little more wiggle room even with the last hole. I would buy this strap again, but keep your buckle from your original strap. It was easy to switch over/assemble.

Leather Skagen replacement watch strap. I purchased this to replace the original stainless steel strap which broke.The leather strap fits well but you need to puncture the leather where the screws secure the strap with a sharp pointy scribe otherwise the screws will not screw in. The leather is good quality and the overall appearance of the watch with th estrap is excellent.

No strap holes. There were no pre-made holes in the strap when it arrived nor does it come with the screws. However, if you already have the screws then you simply need to insert the two parts of the strap into the grooves of the watch, then screwing the screws into the strap.

Probably the best among the small number of options…. I’m a big fan of Skagen and Obaku watches becuse they are thin and perfect for my small wrist. A lot of these watches use watch bands that are secured on by screws rather than the traditional spring-loaded pin. This makes finding replacement bands difficult, since the band must have just the right size and shape of flange to insert into the watch body far enough for the screws to penetrate but not leave any of the flange exposed so it looks bad. The problem with the Skagen bands which came with my watches is they basically wrap the leather around a thin metal plate with screw holes in it. Eventually the metal plate tears through the leather from the constant pulling on the watch band and there is no option but to replace the band. The great thing about these bands is they do indeed fit properly (they have the Skagen logo on them, so I assume they are made by Skagen), so I should just be happy I can get a band that fits. However I have to say that these bands do not have the metal plate, so the screws in the watch body just screw through the leather as you tighten them. Whether this is more or less prone to failure than the bands with the metal plate remains to be seen. A lot of Skagen leather bands are very distinctive, with attractive textures and colors. While not unattractive, these replacement bands have minimal texture and rather generic colors. I had to settle for a band which was much lighter in color and smoother than my original (sort of cordovan, highly textured) band as these bands are basically limited to “tan” (very light), “dark tan” (light) and “brown (very dark). It still beats not being able to wear the watch!

Looks brand new again!. I had to replace the original white strap on my Skagen watch… finding this replacement was a happy day! Too bad the buckle is silver while the watch face is gold… but it works anyways! The biggest challenge was to replace the super itsy- bitsy screws into the holes. Solved that by using a strip of paper to hold them as I wielded the tiny screwdriver. My favourite watch now looks brand new again… thank you

No punched screw holes. I’m very happy with the quality of the leather, however there were supposed to be screw holes in the ends to fasten it to the watch. It was an easy fix with a push pin creating the holes and I was able to attach the band easily.

Skagen bands work for Bering watches.. I was trying to order bands for a Bering brand watch. Apparently they are very similar to Skagen watches. Installing the new straps was easy. At first I thought I would have to punch holes in the strap but, no. Just drive the screws right through the leather. I would have replaced the new Skagen buckle with the old Bering buckle because it had ‘Bering’ etched on it. But the old buckle was too wide by about a millimeter. So the Skagen strap narrows at the buckle a little more than the Bering strap. Nevertheless, the new straps look like they are made for the watch. Looks brand new now.

Close to an exact replacement but, no screws.. Deceptive description. The band attaches with screws but they are not included. Those little buggers can easily get lost during the strap replacement. Skagen was charging about $40.00 for shipping a new band so I guess this is OK. Time will tell about the quality. One of my favorite watches. Thin and comfortable. Just make sure it is kept in light to keep the battery charged when not in use.

A quality product at a competetive price. Arrived with complete instructions. All you need are sharp eyes for the tiny screws that hold the strap to the watch and a bit of patience. I hope it performs better than the strap that came with the watch because that one parted and, despite gluing together, gave up. The size of the watch band is super important. My Skagen watch required a 24mm width.. Brought the band to a local Jeweler who repairs and sells watch bands. The new band was installed with no issues. I assume the screws were included in the package. My jeweler only asked for a few dollars tip.

Tic toc. It hadn’t occurred to me that the band buckle was silver colored which obviously didn’t match the gold colored watch case I was getting it for.
